The room was new-fashioned & excellent with 1 double bed as well as a comfortable chair. Tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators were a nice touch. The location was particularly good and incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. Visited few places in the centre, around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. They also provided some nice extras, like coffee and fruit, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was great, close to the train station and easy access to transportation options. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to explore.
The room was quite cramped and there was no comfortable chair to relax in. It would have been nice to have a cozy spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

I chose B&B Viva Napoli specifically to visit the National Museum of Capodimonte, which was conveniently located nearby. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and amenities offered by the hotel. The limo/town car service provided a convenient and luxurious way to explore the city, while the laundry facilities and snack bar/deli made my stay even more comfortable. I especially enjoyed dining at La Locanda di Zio Gigi, a restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi and Castel Capuano was an added bonus.
Some minor cleanliness issues.

Italian Breakfast: Starting the day with a delicious Italian breakfast at the B&B was like waking up to a warm hug from Nonna. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the flaky pastries transported me straight to the streets of Naples.
Shower Drainage: The shower had some minor drainage issues, causing water to pool at my feet.

The room at B&B Viva Napoli was like a cozy home away from home. The decor made us feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. We loved having our own private bathroom with a bidet, it added a touch of luxury to our stay. The flat-screen TV and fridge in the room were a great bonus, it made it feel like our own little apartment. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, it made us feel pampered during our stay. The tile/marble floor in our triple room added a touch of elegance and kept the room cool during the hot Naples weather.
Personally, we would have preferred a different type of flooring in the room, but it's just a matter of personal preference.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. The value for money was excellent, with prices that were affordable and reasonable.
All was well, no improvements needed.

Italian Breakfast: The breakfast at this B&B was like a mini Italian feast, with fresh pastries and steaming hot coffee to kickstart my day. It felt like I was dining in a quaint Italian cafe, indulging in the authentic flavors of Naples. Delicioso!
Lack of Elevator: The only downside was that there was no elevator in the building. Carrying my luggage up the stairs was a bit of a workout, but hey, it just means I burned off some of those extra cannoli calories!
